+Hide her ear (it looks normal, but with her hair, it doesn't)
+Fix tones on her face
+Highlight her hair with more grey tones
+Fix shading under bangs
+Fix her lip line
+"Draw" her shirt (it's a thin, blue t-shirt that's under her torn trench coat)

Gemma is extremely melancholy; she's sensitive, depressive, and realistic; even though she depicts motherly, nurturing attitude and unraveled determination, she can act desperate and emotional. Her introverted personality is caused by the distress of being a former juvenile delinquency and watching her home world Earth be intertwined with Limbo. She doesn't smile much and acts like a loner, but really is dependent on others.

She wishes to be "human" so she can escape her immortality and hopefully dies in piece. Her "disguise" looks "perfect" compared to the canon demon Lillith from the game because she "had time to prefect it" since she was in damnation. Her release from prison is unknown to others (for now). She was "blessed" with a child she named Braith, father unknown, a couple years before the collision. When the collision happened, she forced herself to learn how to survive in the entangled world, only ending up to live like a homeless person.

She isn't too bright, but she can understand feelings and different emotions for situations. If she was smart, she could have found a job and had financial income for her and Braith. She survived by living with recent ex-boyfriends until she decided she had to be on her own.
Gemma does everything for her daughter first before her and strives for her daughter's survival and education. Months after Limbo and the Human World collided, Gemma runs into the known Nephilim, Dante, who she accuses of being the cause of the collision. The rest is in other detail.
